Built for how Switzerland pays.

We looked at the free generators from banks and invoicing apps and kept what works: no sign-up, the full invoice and not only the slip, and data that stays on your device. Then we added what most leave out.

QRR · SCOR

The right reference, automatically

Enter a QR-IBAN and you get a valid 27-digit QR reference. Enter a normal IBAN and you get an RF creditor reference. Both come from your invoice number, so payments match invoices on their own.

CHE-xxx.xxx.xxx

Swiss VAT, checked

Per-line rates of 8.1, 3.8 or 2.6 %, totals per rate, optional rounding to 5 Rappen, and a checksum test on your UID before it reaches a customer.

//S1

Books itself at your customer's

Invoice number, date, UID, VAT rates and payment term go into the QR code's billing information, so your customer's accounting software can post the invoice without typing.

IG 2.3 / 2.4

Current standard, exact layout

Structured addresses only, 46 mm Swiss QR Code with error correction M, receipt and payment part to the millimetre, and blank fields with corner marks when amount or payer are open.

DE · FR · IT · EN

Your customer's language

Write the invoice in German, French, Italian or English, with Swiss formatting: 1’250.00, dates as 04.10.2026, and the address placed for a right-window envelope.

Questions

Do I need a QR-IBAN?

No. A normal IBAN works with an RF creditor reference or without a reference. A QR-IBAN, which your bank provides, is only needed if you want the 27-digit QR reference. Scanbill picks the matching reference type for you.

Will my bank accept these invoices?

The QR code follows the SIX Implementation Guidelines for the QR-bill, version 2.3, with structured addresses as required since 22 November 2025. Version 2.4 from 14 November 2026 brings no technical change for CHF. Before you send your first invoices, scan one with your own banking app.

Where is my data stored?

In your browser only. The invoice and the PDF are created on your device and nothing is sent to a server. Clearing your browser data removes saved details and customers.

Can I create a slip without an amount, for donations?

Yes. Switch to "QR slip only" and leave the amount empty. The slip then shows blank fields with corner marks where the payer writes the amount and, if you leave the customer empty, their name and address.
